Family-shaped AI for children

AI that helps your child learn, without giving them the answers.

Wise Circle gives kids a brilliant learning companion and gives parents complete visibility over every conversation.

The problem

AI is everywhere. Two things are missing.

🧠

Most AI tools give kids the answer. That's the problem.

Most AI assistants are designed to be helpful β€” which means they hand over the answer immediately. For a child still learning, that short-circuits the thinking process entirely. The work of understanding never happens.

Parents have no idea what's being said

When your child talks to a generic AI, you have no visibility into the questions they're asking or the answers they're getting. Wise Circle solves both: the AI is designed to guide thinking, not hand over answers β€” and parents can see everything.

How it works

The four-layer framework

Every answer the tutor gives is built from one composed context per child β€” four layers that together make a tutor your family actually shaped.

01

Parent layer

Values & boundaries

You define the tone, the hard limits, and how the tutor handles contested or sensitive topics. Socratic guidance where appropriate; direct help when the child is stuck.

02

Child layer

How your child learns

Learning style, reading level, interests, what overwhelms them β€” captured once, used on every answer. The same question gets a genuinely different, appropriate reply for each child.

03

Shared layer

Set together

Parent and child agree on the learning goal and the "deal" about how the tool is used. This makes it feel collaborative, not like surveillance β€” a tutor you both trust.

04

Learned layer

Improves with use

The tutor accumulates teaching observations over time β€” not a dossier on your child, but notes on how to teach them better. All visible to the parent; all erasable.

Parent controls

A window, not surveillance

See every conversation your child has. Set the boundaries up front. The dashboard keeps you informed without turning learning into a watched test.

Safety & data

Built for trust from the start

Your child's data is parent-owned, minimal, and erasable. Here's exactly what we do β€” and don't β€” keep.

βœ“

What we store

  • β€’Your child's learning profile (style, interests, reading level)
  • β€’Family values and content boundaries you've set
  • β€’Teaching observations β€” what helps this child learn better
  • β€’Session summaries visible on the parent dashboard
βœ—

What we never store

  • βœ—Full conversation transcripts after the session ends
  • βœ—Photos, location, or device data of any kind
  • βœ—Psychological or behavioural profiles
  • βœ—Anything shared with or sold to advertisers β€” ever

How conversations are supervised

Parent visibility

Every conversation summary appears on the parent dashboard. Nothing your child learns with Wise Circle is hidden from you.

Disclosure pathway

If a child expresses distress, the tutor responds with warmth and encourages them to speak to a trusted adult β€” then flags it for the parent.

Privacy-first

We collect the minimum needed. Your child's data is parent-owned. A clear "reset everything" control exists and always will.

Try it for yourself

Ask Alex's tutor anything a 10-year-old might ask. The profile panel shows what shapes the tutor's behaviour β€” parents fill this in for their own children.

Learning style

Curious, hands-on learner who loves asking "why". Responds well to analogies. Prefers short answers β€” long explanations lose their focus.

Parent's values

  • βœ“Show multiple perspectives on contested topics
  • βœ“Socratic guidance β€” ask before explaining
  • βœ“Keep content age-appropriate
  • βœ“Flag anything distressing to parent

Subject goals

  • β€’Science (space and nature)
  • β€’Maths β€” currently working on multiplication
  • β€’How things work in general

Parent note

"Alex gets frustrated quickly when stuck. Give a small hint rather than letting frustration build."

On your dashboard, you'd fill this in for each of your children β€” and the tutor's behaviour changes to match.
